I cover natural history, natural resources and environmental science, issues, and outdoor lifestyle in the Pacific Northwest. My educational background is in forestry and wildlife science, and because I have worked professionally in the natural resources field, along with years of wilderness travel experience, I can bring additional insights when covering these subjects, allowing me to combine my photography with first-hand knowledge of the intricacies of the subject matter. Environmental scientists at work in the field and people striving to restore habitat and ecosystems are areas of particular interest, with special expertise in fish and wildlife subjects.
I have been in business since 1993 and my work includes both assignment and stock photography. I also write feature magazine articles and can combine reporting services along with photography if needed.
